Gift of a Wedding – Dream Makers Ball

A lovely little feature on the blog today about a very special charity – Gift of a Wedding

Gift of a Wedding is a UK charity whose aim is to gift wedding services to people who have a terminal or life-shortening illness, throughout the whole of the UK, regardless of age, gender, race or religion. We here at The Liverpool Wedding Blog think this is an amazing organisation that provides n incredible experience to individuals, families, and friends of those affected by terminal illness.

Since 2012 Gift of a Wedding, a not for profit charity, has been gifting free wedding services to people with terminal or life-limiting illnesses. Patricia Harrison (charity founder) and her core team of volunteers work tirelessly giving their time and expertise to create some unforgettable memories for those in need. Over the past three years they have gifted 141 weddings in total and in 2017 alone they gifted 46.

To raise the vital funds needed to continue their work, they are holding the Dream Makers Ball on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at the Radisson Blu Edwardian Hotel in Manchester. It will be hosted by special celebrity guest, Emma Jesson, ITV Weather Presenter.
